Move to the cloud without losing a weekend

Servers, file shares and email migrated to Azure or Microsoft 365, planned around your business hours and with a rollback position at every stage.

Cloud migrations fail for predictable reasons: nobody mapped the dependencies, permissions were not carried across, and there was no way back when something broke at 2am.

We plan backwards from those failure modes. Every migration starts with discovery and dependency mapping, runs as a pilot before it runs for everyone, and keeps the old environment available until you confirm the new one works.

What's included

  • Discovery and assessment — what you run, what depends on what, and what is honestly not worth migrating
  • Cost modelling — a realistic monthly Azure or Microsoft 365 figure before you commit, not after
  • File server to SharePoint or OneDrive — with NTFS permissions mapped to cloud sharing, not flattened
  • Server migration to Azure — lift-and-shift or rebuild, whichever is cheaper to run over three years
  • Email migration — from Exchange, Google Workspace or another tenant, with full mailbox and archive fidelity
  • Pilot group first — a representative set of users migrated and signed off before the wider rollout
  • Cutover planning — scheduled outside working hours with a documented rollback at each stage
  • Post-migration support — hypercare in the first weeks, when the real-world edge cases surface

How we start

Discovery comes first, always. We map what you run and what depends on it, then produce a migration plan with phases, timings, costs and risks. You see the full plan and the price before any workload moves.

Questions

Frequently asked

How much downtime should we expect?

Email cutover is typically transparent to users. File and server workloads are moved in phases outside working hours. We commit to a downtime window per phase in the plan rather than giving a single vague estimate.

Is the cloud actually cheaper?

Not always, and we will tell you when it is not. The cost model compares three-year cloud running costs against replacing your hardware, including licensing and the migration itself.

What about data that must stay in the UAE?

Microsoft operates UAE datacentre regions, and we can pin workloads and data residency accordingly where your obligations require it.

Can you migrate only part of our environment?

Yes. Hybrid is a legitimate end state, not a failure. Some workloads are genuinely better left on-premises, and the assessment will say so.
